Bleah
Feeling particularly bleah today… unmotivated, kinda sick, pretty down. Guh.
I got 42/50 for the Hiragana test again. I’m still having trouble with those extended characters.
Discussed the card game with some card-playing colleagues. Made up some more cards for the game, to get ready for the first playtest. I figure I’ll need a couple of dozen Form cards and fifty or a hundred Aspect cards to even make a start. I’ll do the first draft as pencil and paper, and once the rules have settled a little bit, do a second draft in Java on otherleg, and try and allow people to play on-line. Although that would be a lot of work, and I’ve got plenty of other activities that should be higher than it in the list of things-to-be-done.
Played D&D last night, as GM. Particularly unmotivated and very mediocre session resulted. Bleah. Down. Even Lemon Jelly’s new album “Lost Horizons” was unable to cheer me.
